Refund policy

Returns: there are no returns on wrong size orders. please make sure you measure yourself correctly before ordering. Returns are accepted if item arrives damaged, not constructed properly or you have received an incorrect order. 

There are no returns on any leather item unless it not constructed properly or is damaged on arrival.

Refunds: if your item is damaged or not constructed correctly, we will either fix the item or replace it. please contact the store if you have enquiries. 

Cancellation: Cancellation of a item that you have order will result in a 25% charge on the item or items you have ordered. Once your order has been started you will not be able to cancel, if you do it will be a 100% charge on you order. 

I purchase the leather based on current orders. cancellation fees cover the cost of the excess leather purchase or the time i have spent on the item.
